No, we do not offer handpicking. We want to keep the grading process fair and consistent for all of our online customers, ensuring that everyone receives an equal selection of quality items. However, for larger customers, we can accommodate specific requests and work with you to tailor larger bulk orders.

We source our vintage clothing from a variety of trusted suppliers all over the world. From USA to Asia and everywhere in between. Our team is dedicated to ensuring each piece is carefully inspected and chosen for its quality, authenticity, and style. We strive to offer a diverse selection of product to cater to all styles of business, whilst keeping the operation lean, meeting on trend demands and volumes.

No, we do not provide individual photos of each item in a bundle. However, we do provide an example video to give you a better idea of what you can expect with your order. This way, you can get a sense of the quality and variety before making a purchase. Feel free to message us on instagram if you want us to send you a video of a specific product before purchasing.

We inspect all of our bundle product before listing it to the website. Each item is checked for authenticity, condition, and potential imperfections. While we do not alter or heavily repair items, we ensure they are in good wearable condition. We also offer a washing service to make your life easier and improve the grade of the items. Due to the nature of vintage items, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders unless the items are damaged or incorrect. If you receive any defective or incorrect pieces, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist with resolving the issue. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

Our warehouse is open 9-5 on Monday to Friday. All bundles are sent the same day if place before 11am. Any placed after 11am will be sent the next working day. if you order a washing bundle, it can take 2-5 days to be processed at our washing facility.
