Order Processing & Dispatch

Next Working Day Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day, provided the order is placed and payment is confirmed by midnight. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. If orders are made before 11am, we will aim to dispatch it the same working day.

Working Days
Our business working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or during public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase and a tracking number (if applicable). Please ensure the contact details you provide are correct to avoid any delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Delivery
We offer a reliable delivery service via UPS. The estimated delivery time for standard orders is typically between 1 and 3 working days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to external factors like weather or courier delays. Please ensure you refer to your tracking number to receive any updates

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to most destinations. 

Shipping Costs

UK Orders
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery method chosen for your order.
Free shipping applies to all UK orders excluding Northern Ireland.

International Orders

Shipping charges for international orders will vary depending on the destination and size of the order. Please review your shipping charges at checkout before confirming your order. If your country isn't available for shipping, please contact us for more information. We do not prepay any import charges or fees, please be aware of this before ordering. We will not be responsible for any charges. 

If the parcel is returned back to us for any reason, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund given.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the respective courier’s website or use the tracking feature provided in your account.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to accept your delivery, the carrier may leave a card with instructions on how to collect or rearrange delivery. Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier to reschedule your delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or you encounter any delivery issues, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We may ask you to contact the courier to provide more details to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled. We will not be responsible for items sent to an incorrect address.

Liability

While we strive to ensure that all orders are dispatched and delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If an order states delivered on the tracking and photo evidence is provided, we will not responsible for refunding or compensating the order. Please ensure you provide an accurate address and are available during the delivery window to receive the items to prevent any issues arising.
