Why should I wash the items?
- A more professional finish — clean, folded stock looks the part and photographs better.
- Adds an estimated 20% to each item's value — buyers pay more for ready-to-list stock.
- Lifts marks, odours and creases picked up from grading overseas and transport, so it arrives fresh.
Will it slow my order down?
A little — add 3–5 working days for the wash. We flag it in your cart, so it's never a surprise.
Can I wash just some of it?
Of course — pick and choose in your cart. Wash one bundle, a few, or the lot.
How much is it?
£1 a garment. We count each bundle's pieces for you, so a 25-piece bundle is £25.
Do they come ironed?
They come washed, dried & folded — not pressed.
What can't you wash?
Leather & suede, knitwear & wool, silk & delicates, blazers & tailoring, puffers & padded coats, and fur. Those just won't show a wash option.
